Placing my order was super easy, and there were tons of choices available! Plus, the prices were just amazing!

I highly recommend not ordering from this joint. Seriously, just DON'T DO IT!!!! I dropped $300 on shoes and never got them. They said they shipped, but I never got a tracking number. They shot me an email saying some shoes were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund. Of course, I said yes, 'cause why wouldn't I? Then, the next day, they wanted to know which shoes were missing. They should've shipped everything in the first go. Can you believe it?!!!! It's been a whole month since I made my order and still no shoes, shipping confirmation, or tracking info. My order status is still unfulfilled, even though they claimed it was sent out. When I inquired on July 20th, they told me it hadn't shipped yet, but the very next day they said it was on its way. Yeah, right. How convenient. This company is just awful. Their customer service is the worst I've EVER dealt with. I urge you, please don't buy from here.

Overall, the site is pretty straightforward to get around. That said, it’d be nice if some discounts were clearer about when you can use 'em or if they can be stacked with other deals.

Getting in touch with them is a nightmare since they only reply to emails, and all they say is that your items will eventually arrive. It was a really bad experience, and I’m done with them for good. I got two pairs of wedge sandals for $40 each. When they arrived, I felt totally misled and let down. The quality of these shoes is the worst I've ever seen, and to top it off, one of the buckles was broken. I swear I’ll never buy from this company again. The overall craftsmanship is just awful. I feel completely taken for a ride and powerless in this mess. It's like they just swindled me out of my hard-earned cash. Honestly, these sandals ain't even worth $5!

I ordered a pair of Navy Blue sandals in size 8, but sadly, I got a size 9 or 9 1/2 instead. The sandals and the bag they came in didn’t have any size label, but they were definitely too big by about an inch and a half. I reached out through email, which was the only way to contact them, to ask for a refund and find out how to return them. Vanessa replied to my email, suggesting I could just gift the sandals to someone else. But even after sending several follow-up emails about my refund, they haven’t replied. Frustrated with their poor communication, I decided to file complaints with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, and dispute the charges with my credit card company. Good luck to anyone who chooses to deal with this shady company.

I bought the 'brown' sneaker boots, but they ended up being a boring grayish tan that looks nothing like what was advertised. The quality is really bad, and I wish I had checked out more reviews before buying. Right now, I'm waiting on another pair, which is already taking way too long. Fingers crossed they turn out better. On top of that, I have a feeling this company messed with my card info, so now I gotta get a new debit card. It's super annoying.
